HELP with my computer please! Adware!

Everytime I open up a web browser, I will get like 10 other popups/web pages pop up that I clearly didnt ask to go to. I have looked through my programs list and deleted everything that looked suspicious. But, some of the problems still occur.
Is there a program out there that can help flush this BS out of my computer?
I deleted all temp internet files as well. |

This has happened to me before (quite recently actually) I restored my computer to an earlier point and viola all gone-- but I would like to avoid restoring if it happens again, so,

Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore. |

| All the programs and advice from above will help but to get it back to a reasonable state the best thing to do is reformat your harddrive. Belive me it'll make you're computer a hell of a lot quicker and it'll give you a chance to install software like spywareblaster before you get get your porn fix. |

| If other methods (except reformat) fail, HiJackThis! usually does the trick. Be carefull though, as you can destroy your system with it. |
