my question is about the vst automation in Cubase.
how to link a knob on my midi player (oxygen 8) to a knob of the vst synth ? for example to cutoff knob...

Don't know if it's the easiest way but Generic Remote is one way of doing it, look it up in your Cubase manual.

| Generic Remote is the only way to map a midi controller to a knob on a vst effect or instrument. Some vst's have this feature built in (like z3ta+ for example, where you can use the mod matrix to map midi CC to parameters), but assuming your vst doesn't have this, the only way to do it is with Generic remote (Or, at least AFAIK :)) |
