getting that "armin sound"

| There was a thread on here a while back now with the same title I believe. It had a download available for some kind of compression plugin for winamp which could make your mixes have that warmth to it. I searched for the thread and couldn't find it, does anybody remember this thread and the program? |

| I don't really understand why you would want to do this. Since the tunes are already professionally mastered they're about as good quality as they can be. Compressing them again will only cause loss of dynamics. |

YUP, exactly, I think some people like the sound as it does seem to brighten some of the sounds and adds somewhat of an atmosphere to it aswell, but you can really hear a loss in alot of other sounds. |

| I posted this a long time ago. I love that sound, and I don't care if it takes away some quality. It sounds so nice. I wont listen to anything without it because it sounds so dull. |
