| I am going to upgrade my mixer and I'm about buying the new M505 from Stanton. You may ask why I am going for Stanton .. well because they have good prices, good quality and because I already have 2 Stanton c304 cdplayers. My question is ... is this mixer going to work with the new efx-1000 or I have to get a pioneer mixer? |

Does it have a send/rtn?
If not it doesnt matter- you can still put it on the master output
You can use the EFX with any mixer |

It has an effects loop, the EFX 1000 will work fine.
As a Stanton M304 user though, I suggest you don't get the mixer, the fader curve makes me want to throw the thing out of the window almost every time I use it. |

| hey the stanton m505 happens to have a very good crossfader and I am 99% sure it a Penny and Giles. I am buying the smx-501 instead |

| yeah i just did a search and it does have a P&G fader which is pretty much top of the line when it comes to crossfaders. Also are you sure you didn't adjust your crossfader curve properly for your M304. |
