Yeah... I call Shennannigans on this claim... this story gets circulated every year using some 'scientific' paper as grounds for scaring people into believing that cell phones are going to cause cancer - the same way that people were scared into believing that cell phones blow up gas stations (which is, or course, false). Cell phones operate on either microwave or radiowave frequencies. Both of these are long-wavelenth electromagnetic radiation - and neither of them can provide the dissociation energy of a C-H bond.
