First of all, I think your landlord should be severely reprimanded for his serious lack of concern for his tenants, especially his female tenants.
Anyway, just make sure you keep something with you to use in your defence. You may want to remember however, that a lot of the time weapons are used against the person themselves. So you might want something that will disable him immediately. Pepper spray might be good.
There are also tazers that can fit on a keychain, and just a 5 second shock can send a person into convulsions. Might be a good investment. |

Oh, you may also want to let your landlord know your concern for this new tenant. Maybe even the police.
AND if you feel comfortable, you might want to let the man in question know that his sketchy behaviour (like waiting for you to get out of the car,) is a really bad idea (and no appreciated,) because with the recent event, all of you are going to be quick to attack if you feel threatened. Tell him that you aren't ing around, and that you wont think twice about busting his balls open. |
