I'm not aware of the details relating to timing, etc. But I do know for a fact that the gov't is still paying media dollars to market the initiative (and they wouldn't be spending money to push it, if all positions were already filled). |

Nice post RJ, if I didn't have a job already I would definately jump on this for the experience.
I do a lot of work in GIS (geographical information systems). In fact I'm posting from the GIS lab @ UofT :D |
