i dunno bout part "B" but i might have to differ with part "A"... i think lazzars on 38th between 7 an 8 ave is pretty damn good only prob is that it comes in thin crust an its not in a pie but still when it has toppins on it :eek: :eek: :toothless :tongue2 yum!!! check it out
