I have a question...
How come there is no ad in either Beat or Inpress this time round?First couple of Obsessions were in them in all their full colour glory!
I suspect I'm the only one who reads them, but I read them religiously every week (esp Inpress, it's got it all over Beat for dance music)
Not effective advertising? Just doing flyers?? |

In the past we've spent alot of money, through Inpress etc, to attract a crowd we wouldn't normally get through our promotional network, but even a basic Inpress advertising campaign is extremely expensive.
The measure of wether or not this is money well spent is through our general admission sales, which from past events have never come near justifying the amount we were spending with them; that is proceeds from general admission compared to the cost of the advertising.
With Aqua, we knew we would have to allocate more of our budget to decore etc, and because of that Inpress was the logical budget cut.
Having said that we did order one ad for this week, but haven't seen this weeks issue to see wether or not the ad went in.

yeah ads can be freakin expensive - the flyers look neat as though and I think having them at places where inpress and beat are is just as effective everyone looks at the flyers, I know I do.
Should be an awesome night, massive TA turn out too! |
