Well the reason i ask is cus i sometimes get wicked panic attacks...feel like i am having an heart attack type lol...but when i get them i take a Xanax right away and it friggen works wonders.
I find myself taking them about 3 times a week to calm my nerves...not everyday, not sure why i said everyday.
But i am worried if that is a problem. I really only take them when the panic attack gets unbearable. |

down in atlanta, we used to have to post in the florida forums

You should consult a physician! I'm sure you know most physicians you can be open and honest about it but from it sounds more like anxiety than panic even though they both induce eachother. i'm no doctor so i shouldn't be recommending anything of this nature but dude seriously get that checked out man. you don't want every little panic attack to cause you to take a xanax lol...who knows maybe the doc will just prescribe you to it and OK it...then you can supply us duh! |

Yes, but there is peace in the NYC area... unlike in the former SETA area, you people in ATL were constantly warring with the FL people. |

LOL i keep forgetting to mention things...my doc DID prescribe it to me..lol...i have like a load of refills too.:D
He said it was cus i tend to be a hypochondriac and that caused the panic attacks...he told me to take them everyday vut i dont like the idea of doing that so i only take them when needed...i jus wanted to if know is Xanax was safe, like my doc told me. |

Yea I just noticed the war in the other thread, and please my bout? Erin loves me, there can only be love bouts between us 2. :p

I had the best steak i've ever had in utah. The place was called Spencer's for Steaks and Chops (here). Had an awesome 22oz. porterhouse cut with sauteed spinach and potatoes gratinee on the side. Plus the damn thing was half the price of anything you can find in New York steakhouses. New York blows... Utah ftw! I could really go for some steak right now... |
