IMO i dont see them as uplifting, they all sound the bloody same to me....all have a very generic beat, percussion and synth pattern...but ofcourse the melodies are diff...
Some really uplifting stuff is the prog-trance area...tonnes of stuff...Funabashi, Antidote, Listen to Markus schulz gdjb and you'll see wat im talking about. i thnink thats the new era of trance.
The trance of today is very plain...i thinks it dying out. those trance synths have been used till they're abused... |
