The places will have to operate outdoors only, or have a proper ventelated area apart from the rest of the place, plus that vented area cannot serve food. |

no effect, shisha lounges will have a special permit (smoking lounge of some sort). |

who is up for shisha on Saturday night?
I want to try and get the TOTA's and MTLTA's together since I will be rolling into Montreal around midnight on the Saturday...
what do you guys think?? |

well, we don't have to do shisha.. it was just a thought.. but just thinking I don't really want to go out and party anywhere..
