I'm surprised no one has mentioned this...
Congrats Kristina Sky for her new Spundae Residency!!!!! Well deserved IMO. All that hard work finally paid off.

Congrats to both.
If you don't know who Alain he (as most of you are LA peeps :p, he is essential THE promoter in San Francisco...as far as handing out flyers. From Wed-Saturday you can see him running around the entire city working his ass off...this is on top of DJing gigs including his own party on Wednesday nights from 10pm-2am. I've personally only heard him a few times but everytime I've seen him I've been completely impressed...and he's house. It's very hard to impress me when it comes to house. You might recognize Alain as the guy wearing the Spundae shirt in the pics Drew took when Spundae won the Best Promoter award at the IDMAs.
Everyone knows who Kristina is and she has definitely earned her way into being a resident. Sure, she knows people but it isn't like she played a few gigs and jumped into the spot. She's proven herself with her mixing and programming.
Again, congrats to both.
You never know, with my Ableton skillllzzzz....maybe I'll be one some day....probably not, though, lol... :-p |

good call WOoody! Yeah! I got that in my email today. Good job! It doesn;t seem like spundae just gives out residncies so that must be freally cool for alain and sky!
is there oging to be a party?! does this mean we will see Alain in L.A. and will Sky go to SF? Has Alain ever played at LA Spundae?1
