| greedy as he is the man is a great entrepeneur, i am all for crobar closing and pacha opening. crobar has been sputtering for years now, this was inevitable, nothing last forever, especially in the fickle world of nightclubs. |

It's not just the money. He also has connections...how else has the bastard kept Space open all these years, despite threats from the Fire Marshall and City of Miami, and things of that sort? I'll give credit where credit is due. He's an , but a very SMART . |
