Reminds me of my friends pulling my leg: although I'm left-handed, I now eat with chopsticks using my right hand thanks to them.
This happened because I was at a mate's house and his parents are very traditional. When I held the chopsticks with the left hand, they told me it was unrespectful, and I should use the left hand to hold the plate and the right hand should go with the chopsticks.
It was so difficult at first that I had to put a lot of effort into it and now I can use my right hand without problems (I still suck at using my left hand with chopsticks though :D). |
