thinking about buying a filter module...can't decide on what....

| im looking into the market about buying a filter to go along with my setup, but don't really have an idea of where to start other than the pio efx series and the alesis modfx (which i can't find) but i'd love to have. im looking for an a&h type filter, but my max price is about 200. should i just save up for the efx500, or is there another brand that i should take a look at? |

Stanton DJF1 (pretty much the same except the stantons resonance is not as good)
One of the electrix filter units.
KAM (dont laught) have just bought out a filter unit......which looks and sounds just like the stanton DJF1.....no coincidence that KAM/stanton are owned by the same people- i suspect its just a rebranded stanton |

How cant you afford an alesis mod FX? I have the Mod FX "Philtre" (Hi,low,band pass)Its perfect and only 50$...
It saved me from getting the urge of buying a new $700+ mixer
Right now I feel like I have a "racecar" of a setup..

| im currently looking for the alesis modfx...but can't find a dealer who still stocks them. tried looking on ebay but alas...nothing. :confused: |

Everytime I think of deleting the Alesis Philtre sample, I
find the post back to the top, or hyperlinked. :toothless
Looks like I better keep it around a little longer. :gsmile:
Novamusik only had a around 6 units available. You may need
to google Alesis Philtre and see what turns up. |
