Contradictory Sig editor?

I know the limits are set, but the sig editor tool is off some?
The dancing guy is about 12 pixels taller than the guidelines. |

I have one! I didnt notice it until stren pointed out that my sig was too big. I thought.. no the bars were correct when I put it in... but alas it isnt! |

The bars are independent of the image restrictions - yes - image height still remains at 150 pixels (max) - but - the 12 pixel differential was put in due to the likelihood that ppl will have 1 line of text accompanying their sig for whatever reason
The bar there is more as a guide for text sigs |
