| I'm going to check this out. The other option that I'm aware of is Tiesto @ Crobar, and I'll have had gone there on Thursday already, so no point in seeing him twice in one weekend. Moreover, I've never seen Holden spin and like some of his productions. Sure, his sets might not be high energy 'dance-your-ass-off" type sets, but there's something quite artistic about them. |

As much as I like Holden, I think this is one of the best critiques of his sets, if not his newest CD too. |

hey, if you think so..
I'm not trying to knock the guy...i think he is one of the most talented guys in the business. I have heard him many many times in NYC and he is always pretty bad in the mixing department. same is the case with his recorded live sets. That being said, I still love going out to hear the guy play. His productions are light years ahead of everyone else, and his track selection is amazing. |

holden's mixing used to be beyond abysmal but he's become pretty solid over the last two or so years; he's also improved the quality and breadth of his tracklists and is not repeating tracks ad nauseam anymore.
though i'll always prefer prog-holden, he's really coming along as a dj :) |

I still don't know what to do that night, though. Axwell is @ B.E.D. and that'd be fun. Also, they were saying on rhythmism a week or so ago that Jonathan Lisle (Bedrock) is playing in NYC that night, too. I don't know where, though.
