Personally I love house music... there's so many kinds of house out there!!! I mean you can choose from tribal to progressive to funky and booty to deep and disco... I too don't like some of whats out there right now but there's so much more to make up for the few cheesy numbers we hear at clubs and radio... Check out Satoshie Tomiee (sorry if that's wrong spelling) and Olav Basoski, not to mention Rui Da Silva and Angel Alanis...

| I am more a house music fan than a Trance fan, I really get into the funky beats. They are a very big help in dancing and just can change my overall mood. There are so many different types of House too, Acid House(very electronic/Hard House) there is Funky House (Discoish/Groove) and countless other types. Some people just don't like the repetative beats in most house, but if you just let yourself go with the music (sound kinda cheesey) you can flow on that beat forever. A few of my favorite big name house DJs include Donald Glaude and Misstress Barbara (she is Canadian) |

for those of you that know me, you'll know my order, but my preferences are as followed:
1) eurodance/dance *ohh tsi ohh tsi ohh tsi tsi tsi*
2) uk hard house
3) trance
4) chicago hard house
5) progressive
6) deep/disco house
:) after that you can stick rap, pop, hip hop, rock and all that other crap into one catagory that needs some listenign to once in a while |

| House can be good if it is done WELL. If it's too formulaic, (yes even trance gets formulaic and sometimes I can't stand it) but when house gets "cheezie" in terms of the "feel" i get towards it I won't like it. Sander K, Satoshi Tomeii (NUbreeeeeeeed 6), sometimes Deep Dish, Timo Maas (tech house?) etc. I loveeeeeee all that style. I'm told Steve Lawler is EXCELLENT so I will try his stuff. |
