Wanna go halfsies on my brother's 2 story coach house?

I'm in no position to be purchasing real estate yet.

My brother inquired about slaves to help him rehab it in next few months - I asked him not to call my friends that.

Do it. The short time I lived in the city it was great. Just ing expensive. I couldnt save a dime. Since theres always something awesome to do so close by i was blowing $600-$1000 a week. But i got no self control when spending, that was another problem. Theres some cheap nice places to rent in Wicker, Buck town & even Wrigleyville. But u gotta keep your eyes open. I gotta friend thats got a kick ass convertable apt overlooking the lakefront right off State a couple blocks south of Congress. She only pays like $1000 a month too.

most of the ppl around here commute via CTA and have roomates. hard to find decent parking around these areas, and bach suites are usually a bit pricier (around $1000)
