graduating college real soon and i have the ability to buy something new between 25k - 35k
So far i've been looking at:
A4
TSX
What are your thoughts? i'm open to other suggestions, mind you i'm not into racing, i'm not into tricking anything out. i'm not in to suv's. |
My list of cars to test drive would be:
Acura TSX
BMW 325i or xi
Lexus IS 250
Audi A4
Infiniti G35 (new one coming out today though)
I am partial to the Lexus because I hold my cars till they rot and die but if I was just buying based on performance I'd probably get a BMW 325.
Other options include:
Subaru Legacy GT
Acura TL
Jaguar XType |

well i cannot believe everyone went for the Acura. its unbelieveable looking, and as far as going 100k, it would likely go 200k, and be less expensive to fix than the A4.
someone mentioned the new Legacy GT. those are ing sick, cheaper than the Audi and the Acura and likely the best value plus performance| |

but an A4 is just simply amazing. I'd have an A4 over a 3/5 series anyday. or some cheap ass japanese saloon car like a mitsubishi galant(looks like a killer though) or legacy. the build quality sucks and the fuel consumption aint much different from the A4.
The only other consideration is a lexus or a passat,
And my brother used to drive a jaguar. Driven it meself. Its handling is poor to say the least. Driving in wet conditions is a chore as the car is very heavy and not responsive(not a tyre problem mind you) and the pickup is terribly draggy. He crashed the car in less than 1 month. |

The Coopers are so much fun to drive! Like a go-kart, they just STICK to the floor. I think the GTI commercials won me over though :p |

| you make a great point. audi's are more expensive to fix and insure than acura's but i'm going to test drive them all and take a look |
