i believe one fits 6, the other 8. they can't really fit any larger because of the space there

I hate to say it, since this all started by Brian wanting to go to Yama, but maybe we should go somewhere else that'll hold 6 easier (or at least have a back-up plan)

I actually found the name of a place I was to when I first moved to the city that I liked that's on 4th St. between 1st and 2nd. It's called Jeollado (citysearch - http://newyork.citysearch.com/profile/11274865). When I was there before, it was set up very cafeteria-like, so it'd have no problems seating all of us. If Yama doesn't work out because of group size, maybe we can try that if people are interested.

i'm totally for that LOL...how come it's always "brian wanting..." crap lol

i'd love to check out new places, my only comment on that is to pick a place where we can be dressed down, hate to go into a real nice table cloth place dressed in a t shirt, jeans and baseball cap lol - not saying Jeollado is ritzy, just in general. I'm open and love to explore new places to dine at!

It's definitely not ritzy. I don't even think there were tableclothes.

I think we should try Yama, then try Jeollado if it doesn't work out. The prices aren't bad, either and I recall the portions being large, although that was almost 3 years ago.
