I hate to say it, since this all started by Brian wanting to go to Yama, but maybe we should go somewhere else that'll hold 6 easier (or at least have a back-up plan)
I actually found the name of a place I was to when I first moved to the city that I liked that's on 4th St. between 1st and 2nd. It's called Jeollado (citysearch - http://newyork.citysearch.com/profile/11274865). When I was there before, it was set up very cafeteria-like, so it'd have no problems seating all of us. If Yama doesn't work out because of group size, maybe we can try that if people are interested. |

i'm totally for that LOL...how come it's always "brian wanting..." crap lol
i'd love to check out new places, my only comment on that is to pick a place where we can be dressed down, hate to go into a real nice table cloth place dressed in a t shirt, jeans and baseball cap lol - not saying Jeollado is ritzy, just in general. I'm open and love to explore new places to dine at!

It's definitely not ritzy. I don't even think there were tableclothes.
I think we should try Yama, then try Jeollado if it doesn't work out. The prices aren't bad, either and I recall the portions being large, although that was almost 3 years ago. |
