AGREED 100% everything but anger :)
As the track builds, it really takes your mind off things, and then , depending on the track either makes you wanna jump or fly :D. This is especially effective when listening on a good sound system, lets those neighbours know what its all about ;) |

I agree, theres much emotion in trance. Paul Van Dyk - Face To Face (Album Version) is a really good one that makes me sad :( Also, Plastic Angel - Heaven & Hell makes me happy :p
Oh, cant forget 4 Strings - Into The Night (Original or Original Vocal Mixes), that song is very sadenning. |

| That's a good thread. I think almost every track I'd spin has his own special feeling, so it's really hard to describe it.. But that's something beautiful about it.. |

In Trance, there are two main emotional themes:
1. Happiness/optimism
2. Sadness/thoughfulness
For Theme (1) I'd choose Gouryella - Tenshi, Mauro Picotto - Iguana.
For Theme (2): Armin - Communication, Sunscream - Please Save Me, Airwave - Save Me (or is that Black Clubs something?) |

yeah! "face to face" - it makes me happy, and sad! and i read somewhere that pvd said its a "sad" kinda trak..even tho ppl feel its warm and nice -i think its both. it makes me feel both!
"gamemaster" - lost tribe also.
i get goosebumps whn i hear this, and also, feel uplifted and a little sad? but in a good way!
i LOVE trance music and what it does to my emotions! :)
there is nothing quiet like it.... :)
..... i could make a 'soundtrack' to each and every emotion or feeling ive had!!

yes........starts of moody..or a little mysterious.... then it evolves into optimisim and hapiness...
i will ALWAYS remember hearing it live for the first time in Melbourne, on May11 ......

i feel, that if im sad and stuff, i listen to darker kind of traks.not harder or faster traks,just a little deep progressive house, lots of moody trancers and some breaks....if i do put some uplifting tunes on, they sometimes make me happier and more positive....but sometimes, i CANT listn to them when im down! >??? hmm.....

Luis Paris - Incantation (Ferry Corsten & Robert Smit remix), when the music stops and the amazin upliftin riff comes in makes me feel laidback, smile and makes me nod my head.
Veracocha - Carte Blanche, when the piano is the only thing playin and then comes that Anthematic riff gives me a smile and makes me look at other people if they are smilin as well. Then I laugh.
Airscape - L'Esperanza yes another anthematic riff that coz me to do the same like Carte Blanche
Kamaya Painters - Far From Over (Oliver Lieb remix) makes me think of a hospital because I was listenin to it right after my operation. Gives me a sad/brave emotion.
DJ Scot Project - Overdrive when the riff starts, it makes me look around at others givin a weird dirty look yet a funny look. lol
William Orbit - Barber's Adagio For Strings (Ferry Corsten remix)
makes my mind & body go still, |

yeah. its funny, when u have been "thru" something, and i were playing a particul;ar track, u "ALWAYS" remember those emotions!

played this before my soccer finals, in 1994.
scored a fantastic goal. and we won hte championships...
hehe EVERYTIME i play this track, i "RELIVE" the moment and emotions i hade all those years ago.
