Just took this in Istanbul
The Basilica Cistern (Turkish: 'Yerebatan Sarayı' or 'Yerebatan Sarnıcı'), is the largest of several hundred ancient cisterns that still lie beneath the city of Istanbul, former Constantinople, Turkey. The cistern, located in the historical peninsula of Istanbul next to the Hagia Sophia, was built during the reign of emperor Justinian I in the 6th century, the age of glory of Eastern Rome, also called the Byzantine Empire. |

This place was ing cool. Very unique. I've never seen anything else like it. I really wish I had more time in Turkey to see the country outside Istanbul because I've heard the architecture is amazing.
You must have had a good camera to take that pic btw! All my pictures came out black, haha. |

not necessarily amazing photos but would like to share some of these. as i was going through my albums, thought i'd share this place i visited in Myrtle Beach called Brookgreen Gardens. The place is gorgeous and im sure many of you photographers would have a ball taking photos here. point and shoot canon has its limits
