So i almost went to Jail today

one sport i'm really into is golf... infact right across from my work is a driving range...
i go after work 3 days out of the week and today was one of them. i start hitting, i have about a 4 handicap when all of the sudden a huge hot air ballon filled with about 6 people hoovers over the range about 250 yds out.
my buddy laughs and goes, bet you can't hit it... i take a few swings, miss fairly closely, when all of the sudden i TANK the ball..
its sailing, slowing drawing right to left when all of the sudden WAMP!!!! i hit it and my friend and i high five. we laugh everyone at hte range is like 'OMG!!!!!'

i kid you not, as it moved laterally 50 yds, it fell LIKE A ROCK!!!!!! everyone was freaking out running over to it from the street as it fell. my buddy is telling me to run, i mean i in celebrated like i won the olympics when i hit it.
regardless, everyone was okay and i went on to finish my bucket. thought i was in serious trouble for about an hour. |
