So after clearing the pond a few weeks ago the frogs laid eggs which recently hatched into tadpoles.
This was then the result of throwing bread and old fat into the pond.
We had to put a stone on the bread because they kept moving it.
Theres a LOT of them :nervous:
Also yesterday a homing pigeon from 150 miles away turned up on our patio. We gave it some seed and some water (fatal mistake :whip: ) and now it wont go away :whip: We tried to contact the owner from the tag on the pigeons foot, but no luck yet.
And theres a male pheasant with his harem of female pheasants taking up residence on our lawn. If the buggers nest it means we wont be able to cut down anymore trees before we sell the house, which wont be good.
So lots happening around the house today :thepirate |

Actually theres a blackbird down there right now eating them :thepirate
@mel - you ever actually held a frog? They're funny things. If you pick one up it always manages to jump out a small hole in your hands. Then when you eventually get it and bring it back to the pond, it sits there and wont move cos your hand is warm :D |
