| UK by a mile and especially London, very few cities in the world have several big named trance djs appear at several diff events through out the weekend, then with Slinky, Passion and Godskitchen not far from London too plenty going on. |

id say uk, holland and germany |
Holland (plus the dutch speaking part of Belgium) definitely, then England (no, not the whole UK), then maybe Germany.
The problem with Germany's trance scene is that is was huge until 3-4 years ago but then died horribly. Germany still has lots of very good Trance DJ's but not really a well-developed trance scene. That changes slightly at the moment with Trance gaining some momentum. But that only happens because it is now a part of the Electro-House-Techno scene and could lead to a re-definiton of Trance here in Germany. |

yep - Holland by far, then UK.
Germany: outside Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich and sometimes Hamburg I´d say that the trance-scene is pretty down - but might recover, as several attempts to start it up again show.
Ibiza and trance: hm, outside Cream@Amnesia, Armada@Amnesia and Judgement Sundays (sometimes) @ Eden there´s no trance on the island. So that´s out of 5x7 = 35 nights in the big five not counting Pacha (Space, Amnesia, Pacha, Eden, Privilege) there are only 3 nights with trance. Go figure... |

do you really think, would say Holland is better for summer festivals and big one-off events but doesnt seems to have weekly nights that have regular big names. |

might be for regular clubnights (although there´s the matrix for example)
but if i really want to, i could go to a bigger festival pretty much every weekend in summer and during wintertime at least to one big one each month. and all within a max 2 hours drive from amsterdam... |
