It was Tom Cruise. Some friends and I were in London for the day when we saw a massive crowd gathered outside one of the cinema's. Turns out it was for the Mission Impossible 2 film premiere. As i'm sure a lot of you know, Tom Cruise is always quite generous with his time when it comes to his fans, and always shows up to these sort of things an hour beforehand to talk and sign . Anyway I was feeling a bit merry after a few pints and was well up for a good old chin wag with a celeb so got us all to join the crowd. When he got to us I shook is hand and called him Thomas and for some reason he proper pissed himself laughing, and said not even his 'mom' calls him that. He ended up talking with us for ages. Really sound bloke, just a shame he's a bit of a nutcase.
Also, does Paul van Dyk count as a celebrity? I've made him laugh a few times. :p

Yea this is one of mine. I think I included it in my first post actually. One time I hit the flag on a Par 3, and the ball appeared to just drop directly downwards. I almost myself with excitement at the prospect that it might have gone in. Turns out it didn't though. It was just a couple of inches away. Gutted :(

I've been on TV a few times, but nothing particularly special. When I was at school a few of us were chosen to go on some science type documentary thing about the human body. It was really , but I got to say a few things and was on screen for a good few minutes. I've been on the news a couple of times as well, like when I got high grades in my GCSE's and a few of us at the 'top end' of the results table gave interviews. And also when my football team won the final in the 'Citizen Cup' we all got on TV too. (Scored a goal in that final as well, which just also happened to be another thing on my list ;) ) So just little things like that really, but it still counts. I hope one day to be an extra in a film.
The bar fight was savage though. It was in a village pub near where i live, and there had just been some sort of local rugby event on. Some must have gone down at the match, because a load of fans showed up out of nowhere with bats, knives and even an axe to fight each other. No idea why they chose this particular pub as the meeting ground, but it was some pretty scary . I was standing at the opposite end of a pool table to my mate when it all kicked off, his end being closer to the door. Everything just seemed to happen so quickly with stools flying all over the place, and people getting thrown in through the windows. Not being one that likes to raise his fists when it can be avoided I was wondering what the to do. But that all changed when I saw someone about to bottle my mate. So with the pool cue I was still holding I proper whipped it over the back of his head. It all went from there really. We got out with a few cuts and bruises, but a lot of people got seriously hurt, and someone even got axed in the head. Mega. |

it is in holcomb. it isnt really a tourist site from what i have gathered. the book (in cold blood) was really good, one of my fav's and it would be nice to see where it took place. kind of obscure, but i have wanted to since i read it 12 years ago. |

one of the reasons i broke up with my ex was because she did this...if you ever want to know about what living there in the peace corps system...before making any kind of decision...lemme know and i'll tell you her and others experiences :p |

-PLAY DRUMS FOR A DJ!!!!!!!!!!!
-play congas/bongos/marimba/percussion for a dj
-just meet every freaking dj possible
