Can anyone recommend me "soulful" drum & base music. I only seem to find hard hitting, fast, techy stuff. What I want is gorgeus women vocals with chilled feeling. I know this kinda stuff excists but just can't find it :(

Seconded.

Also check out Jamie Myerson's stuff, he's often overlooked but all of his albums & singles are excellent, melodic and moving.

One track I've always loved in this style is Fokus - On Line. Try and seek it out.
