I haven't heard Ilgauskas' name once this entire playoffs, and Drew Gooden's only slightly more than that. They also both had solid solid games, I know LeBron had a triple double, but I'm so ing sick of hearing about "his team" w/o any mention of anybody else but larry hughes even though he's been injured all season.
I have nothing against Lebron who has a great personality. I just hate the media, and it makes the playoff coverage so frustrating. Half of the Washington Post this morning had articles titled "King James" and all that, so f**** annoying.
ILK I STILL LOVE YOU, best center in the East over Shaq and Big Ben.

West:
Spurs in 4, Sac is weak. Over-rated and weak against a better SA team
Mavs in 4, this team is better then you think. That's been the story of Dirks career. How is he not the center of the MVP talks?
Phoenix in 6, god I love Kobe, but I just don't think he can do it. I think this is the series to watch...
Clippers in 6, Brand, another MVP choice.
East:
Detroit in 4. Nuff said
Miami in 4, wade is just too good, and Shaq daddy is playoff king. They were saying he has double the playoff experience of the whole bulls team
Cavs in 5, Arenas is good, but not that good. BTW, Triple double for James, awesome. This kid is for real
Nets in 5, I'd love to see Kidd win a shampionship. Keep dreaming mike, keep dreaming... |

remove Dirk from the Mavs, you still have a pretty good Mavs team
remove Nash or Kobe from their respective teams, and both teams are pretty much |

what did we learn over the weekend ?
the heat, nets, and suns have got to go back to the drawing board , and figure out what they did wrong in game 1. the heat were practically giving the game to the bulls, but slipped out of that one by luck. the nets lose by 2 to the a very underrated pacers team that can create some havoc, if the right buttons are pushed. the suns also gave that game to the lakers, and got out by luck.
spurs and pistons win by authority.
cleveland and dallas showing some good signs at the moment.
nuggets - clippers should be the biggest nail biter out of all 8 1st round series. |
