| i was at a party on saturday night with a bunch of people i graduated with in our home town and some of the current HS seniors were there including a couple german foriegn exchange students. I talked to one of them about how ty american beer is and apparently he knows who paul van dyk is. |

German pop culture is quite f'cked-up. I have to know this, because I'm a German living in Germany.
Right now the main part of customers consists of German female teens... so the German charts are pretty ty.
songs/artists you can refer to:
50 Cent,
Eminem,
Beyoncee, ashanti...etc... -> just refer to the US-charts 3 months ago, German charts are not that different
Group Tekkan(3 German guys originally from turkey who cannot sing and made an amateur music video which has been shown all over the web),
