I believe this to be VERY true...and my only point before was that when so many threads are bombarded with silly posts talking back and forth between people...there comes a time where it should turn into an MSN convo or a PM? Unfortunatly there's no "rule" as to when that should be. We all have to use our best judgement. |

Well Christina, this is exactly why I was hesitant to start any attacks in the first place a few hours ago. I didn't want to sound hypocritical b/c yes, I do post a lot. Which is also why I spoke to Kristina directly b/c I didn't want her to be offended by what I had said earlier.
Anyway...the reason I have that post-whore thread was b/c Petty came online one time late at night and saw that I had posted in almost every thread. That's b/c I post in spurts. I don't do it all day everyday, I do it all at one time.
Also, I believe post-whore means you post a lot, it doesn't mean that all of your posts are necessarily useless and stupid.
In the posts that I had made earlier in this thread and I had admitted that sometimes yes I make useless posts and e-flirt here and there, but the point that I was trying to make is that I don't do it all day everyday. So personally, I don't care if people post-whore a bit and e-flirt once in awhile...but calm down sometimes.
I also believe that some of the posts I make actually DO have something to contribute in some of threads. Which is why I said that I don't think everything I post is actually useless.

Well, I hate to be the one to break it to you, but a lot of people find quite a large chunk of your posts to be useless and incessent flirtations. But Its not just you. Its a lot of others as well. To be honest, a lot of the posting that goes on now is all this new school PLUR ORGY CLIQUE and while Im all about getting along and having a good time, sometimes its bloody well annoying!!!!!!!!!!! and It has now made a lot of old school TA's not even come in here to read, let alone post. Even a lot of the roll call threads, the review threads, every one of them turn into some sappy plur orgy bs. I miss the old TA when people were here to REALLY discuss the music. |
