(April 16, 2006) — Jolt Cola can rightfully claim any number of impressive accomplishments over its 20-year history.
Once self-described as "America's Most Powerful Cola," Jolt was the first caffeinated soft drink marketed as an alternative to coffee. The first to sell at a premium price to industry Goliaths Coke and Pepsi. The first to diversify into products such as candy and gum.
