I never said Carl Cox sucked. And I never said James Holden sucked. As a matter of fact, the afterhours that we had last year with Holden and Halliwell was a lot of fun and at the time I liked Holden's sound a lot. However, I gravitated away from the minimal techy sound while a lot of people gravitated towards it.
Hence, why I probably won't be attending. But you know what, if you go - I might just be tempted to show up. Because I'd like to meet in person the biggest running joke on the board.
P.S. If people on this board didn't care whether I was attending or not, I wouldn't be fielding text messages every 10-15 minutes on weekends in regards to my whereabouts when I decided to stay in.
It's not that I am "different" or that I'm "better" than you. It's just that people genuinely enjoy hanging out with a person who's not an outright scumbag. Remember that when you pick up the next hooker. |
