That's why I love the Detroit Music Festival - three days of tunes played outside looking out on the Detroit River and the downtown area. People breakdancing in daylight, kids going ballistic in the stages to their DJs - it's incredible. :)
I def want to check out Cherry Beach at least twice this summer before I vamooose. I got a tease at the last one last summer but we had to leave early. |

I know we will never have anything as big here.. but DV guys that is what it is all about for me. I love daytime parties. DV goes from 10am until 11:30pm at the very latest. The last year and this year now go both Friday and Saturday now. Also did the Rockit Festival in Holland as well. This concept is great. :)
And Shanny I also agree.. Armin's boat cruise is in my top 10 of parties I have been to. |

Skybar would be perfect for this, as would the Docks. Its too bad the Docks plays top 40 outside during the day......what an awsome day time venue.

the docks on sunday afternoons from 1pm-9pm are called South Beach Sundays during the summer. its pure bangin house tunes. last summer featured rotating djs ramy vs david, carlo lio, sean miller and someone else that i cant remember. i know carlo lio and vinyl junkies are confirmed for this summer so far but im sure there are others confirmed that i dont know about. sundays are great times at the docks durig the summer. im sure lots of people here will agree with me. |
