so what the different between balanced and unbalanced output in your mixer? is it effecting the monitor??
DJ 00 Tommy
A balanced signal wont realy pick up noise so its always better to use it where possible.
Foecunditatis
, my main problem there is different bass level between left and rite, i did check my cable, the monitor is fine i suspect my mixer causing the problem... im using denon-x1500
Liam
hmm check your carts/stylii as well.
Foecunditatis

Timski
Does it still happen when you listen to it through your headphones? Also maybe try different cables.

Only on one channel, or all channels?

Sounds like room acoustics. I have the same problem in my room and it due to the acoustics of the room. For example if you have one speaker in a corner and the other along a wall. The speaker in the corner will appear to be putting to be putting out more bass due the boundary effects of the corner. Swap the left and right leading to your speakers and see if the problem is still there. If it stays the same you know it’s not your mixer or source. Than swap the speakers left and right. If the problem is still the same than you know it is due to acoustics

oh, i did swap my speaker lfet to right and right to left, still do the same i also already change the rca cable, its wierd coz the left speaker create more bass and i not just can hear it but i also can fell the wind from the left speaker its more stronger. i hope i can manage 2 brrow my friend mixer and see what happen.... i hope its not my mixer :nervous:
