I went to the tanning salon last nite to retouch my tan from the beach & I have in' pole lines in the back of my legs :wtf:
I was there 16 min & I am buuuurning too. Standing up FTW!
then I waxed my eyebrows today & since my skin was sensitive it got cut up

i haven't been tanning too many times due to the fact that i just burn...but my first time in a salon, i went into a standing booth. i was in there for only 6 minutes...and didn't take any of my jewelry off b/c i didn't think 6 min would do anything. i burned SO HORRIBLY BAD, i was a complete lobster, i had string lines from the goggles on my face, and i had a cross burned into my chest from my necklace. :wtf: it was horrible. so yeah i sympathize with anyone that gets sunburned from the sun/booth.
does anyone itch REALLY REALLY REALLY BAD when they burn? it sucks so bad, like you have mosquito bites everywhere. just wondering if it happened to anyone else :nervous: |

read my post above and try the high pressure beds... ;) you're fair-skinned like me.
as for itching... make sure you use tanning lotion! they sell the good kinds at tanning salons. i use a kind that is a combination bronzer/cooler and it makes my skin feel really nice after tanning. if you get burned use aloe gel or a lotion with aloe in it.
i burn sooo freakin' easy, so i feel your pain. |
