I had a discussion a few years back with someone I knew. We decided on this.
You are restrained so you cannot move at all. Not a muscle.
A very light cut is made in your foot. Your foot is then lowered into a bath containing one hungry pirahna. The pirahna is allowed to feed until it is full. Then the pirahna is removed and the wound is cauterised (burned shut), except for a small bit. Salt is rubbed on.
Your foot is lowered into the bath again and a new pirahna put in. He is allowed to feed.
This continues until your entire leg is eaten. Then the other leg. Then the arms and finally the torso.
Blood loss is minimised due to the cauterisation. If at any stage you lose consciousness, the pirahna is removed and the wound cauterised.
This continues, avoiding the vital organs and arteries until as late as possible in the torture. A rotton way to go.

Drowning.
Men prefer jumping off a building or something like dat because its quick.(makes sense)
Strangely most women say they'd rather drown to death.
