Melding upfront music from Oliver Prime, Gabriel & Dresden and pure Tilt trance to more unusual sounds from Si Begg and Koala, Ferry's 2006 coat is smarter, tougher and more colourful than you might expect.
"If you look at the tracklisting you see it goes everywhere and nowhere." says Ferry. "It's electro, trance, progressive and leftfield. For example, I love Si Begg's track 'Revelation' because it has a funky Underworld feel and has lots of funny edits in it. And the Koala record is very strange too, it reminds me of an old techno record with strings over the top. It's all about variety."
"At the moment, the dance market is saturated so I'm trying to be four different DJ's in my sets now. And that's how the mix has come out."

I have too many words for right now. So I am going to keep this short and sweet without rambling.
1. I love Ferry
2. I love that he's experimenting with different sounds. It shows what a good DJ he is.
3. Electro is one of his favorite types of EDM, so I think that he's really going to deliver with this new CD.
4. He is an EXTREMLY nice down to earth guy...words still can not be put together to explain how happy I was to have hung out with him all night in New York for his last residency at Crobar in March (THANK YOU BUNCH KELLY!!)
5. The MixMag CD...I forgot we were a month behind, so I went out and bought the Feb. issue in March and was so pumped to hear Ferry's CD...to realize I had to wait ANOTHER MONTH! But I got it, and it's AMAZING.
6. His new CD is due out this summer and I can't wait.
7. Flashover...amazing...nuff said.
8. Ferry needs to come back to Toronto soon. It's his favorite place to spin. Not only has he said it in many an interview, it told me to his face.

One Awesome Ferry Set:
Creamfields Mixed By Ferry Corsten,
id post a download link but its copyrighted material, this set is awesome, it blew me away and made me like Ferry More than i already did, I just can't wait for L.E.F. though, im counting down the days, in the meantime Creamfields Mixed By Ferry Corsten is really REALLY Worth a listen, Stingray would agree too haha |

Damn, I hate being stuck in the land of dial-up.
He genuinely seemed to be enjoying himself when we got 'one more choon' out of him last April.
I enjoyed his versatility before; this is fantastic! |

Hell Yeah we can definately interrupt this p-pro-gram, he threw in soo many awesome tracks in that set, it just makes it all flow so well... |
