Hello mates,
I quite do have a kind of "writing block" or whatever you call it...I tried to produce something different what I got so far is here -> http://tmp.djbooster.net/BuriedHeartDraft.mp3
What I need is some kind of comments of the composition...
not the sound of it yet, cuz it's all messed up I guess, no proper mixdown, no mastering, just a rough mix.

I need someone to say "head up, there are some nice ideas now stop crying about yourself and go and finish teh in' ch00n, I want to hear it finished" or something :(

Even if you have some other comments feel free to say...and :p yeah I know the bassline has cheesy sound :( but I couldn't fit anything else in...

bass + drums are just a loop I thrown together for the purpose of jamming against it...you know...it's just a draft :(

i think this post fits better in the music production section,
BOOsTER
no...

I want opinion from skilled composers...not anyone...you get it???

and this is just a draft as I said...

that¨s why it's here... :p

and btw...you meant music producers promotion board, yea? :p

Fatten up the sound and you'll be more confident to finish the track.

I think the sounds are a bit sterile, they need some more space to them, more effects and a bit of unison to the lead could to the trick :)
Bassline is pretty nice, but I think it also needs a driving sub-bass (in the freq. range below the bassline you currently have).

What I do when I'm "stuck" with a track is that I create a bunch of new sounds that fit into it, create melodies, basslines and new drum patterns and try mixing them into the track in various places. That way, I have more material to build from, even though I don't use it all.

I don't feel stuck with this track only...but producing/writing as a whole :(

thanks for your comment...I'm about to add effects etc...what I wanted more was composition advice (like how's the progression, chords...)
