...meaning it can be shared with you guys. The version being released is a stripped down, more european version.

I hope you like this version anyway.

All thoughts welcome

Pretty cool track, but aren't you afraid that this one suffers from "copycat" syndrome already??
I hear a version of this on XFM and di.fm all the time.

Unless it's yours that's spotlighted there. In which case, kudos!

The talking synth in the work is distracting and doesn't fit into the mix properly.
;)

I remember that tune when it came out and it’s just a shame you had to put talking through the tune.
That’s all I hear all the time, tunes with DJ this running through it or Dj that and it gets dam annoying.
Newbie’s and kids seem to put talking through their tunes, don’t spoil a really good remix by putting talking all the way through it.
A label won’t release this tune as its too big, nice remix apart from the talking, nice and clear audio apart from slight distortion in places.
I’m not bitching its I hate really good tracks being spoiled
Peace
Subtle
were you trying to do a "Call On Me" something ?

ive heard this hook a million times.. kinda boring.. pretictable dance..
Digital Aura
yeah..that's what I meant. THis has been done a few times already...why did you do flashdance yet AGAIN!!??

Not sure which version XFM are playing, but this version (and the more stripped down version actaully being released) are the only authorised versions of the song to use the original sample from Irene Cara. All the others (including global deejays) are a re-sing.

Hi

The speech such as 'Your are listening to Hughes Corporation - What A Feeling' and all the other speech is not in the original. It was put in so that when being shared on the net people will now what it is in case it gets mislabeled. It was also put in to highlight the fact that it is a promotional copy only.

The distortion occurs because the it has been rerecorded through my PC's line in (at the wrong level) when I layered the speech over the top.

That's exactly the feel of this version of the track. It was made ages and ages ago. Its taken a very long time to get use of the sample authorised, hence why many other similar styled tunes have come out in the meantime.

Oh dear.... :o

This is the full length mix of the above version (also very distorted and with speech)

im not sure why you are sharing this here. we really dont need another mix of this.

I wasn’t having a go at you personally; it’s just that I hate it when people spoil a nice tune by putting their DJ name in the tune every two minutes.
The distortion I heard was on my JVC headphones as it was late at night; in fact I really liked the tune and what you had done to it.
I don’t mind listening to other peoples remixes even though it has been remixed a thousand times by other people.
What a feeling is a brilliant tune and thousands of people love it, I heard it when it came out and it was played on the radio for donkey’s years.
I had a listen to the last link you put and sounds good on my monitors, it also sounded good on my JVC headphones last night.
I couldn’t listen loud so didn’t hear the promotion only so I’m sorry, I would love to hear the full version without promotion only.
