Yeah...its just more practical to up the shutter speed in those situations...IS will help you get a far away pic of a mostionless object, thats about it. |

if i was taking club photos...i would use IS too but
for club photos...i would definitely go with 24-70mm 2.8L |

Not for club shooting. I can get some good zoomed in shots from the VIP booths at Avalon with a slow shutter speed thanks to the IS.
As for my equipment:
20 D
50 f/1.4
10-22
24-70
70-200 f/2.8 IS
SpeedLite 580EX |

lol im not that knowledgeable either. i understand a bunch of stuff but when its listed out like that im not really sure of what it all is. i know the 3 lines before the last were lenses but beyond that i am like..huh? |
