| i have no grudges against trance canada, but i do have a problem the the-remix.com looks like the biggest ripoff to tranceaddict ever, same layout, same concept, wtf? |

I will not lie...
I am new to web designing (7 months) and have learned all html and the little javascript that i know all on my own.
I love trance, am a HUGE fan of TA and think highly of tranceaddict, swamper and the members who make up this site; The boards are respectable and people give thanks to those who go out of their way to post tracks....
So yea, i did get ideas from swamper and added a little of my own taste to it.. I am fully involved with the TA forums and have, on occasion, uploaded tracks for you guys. its not like i took his ideas and ran!!....

I then thought, how could i give back to the trance community??
I do not nearly know as much about music as you guys.. So i decided that it would be a nice gesture for all of you to upload them onto my server instead of crappy lockers and free hosting companies..

I have no advertisements/ads and make no money off of it at all.. I am a college student and do this as a hobby b/c i love the music..
oh,and I have always given credit to TA (even linked to TA) and the tracks that i have taken off the boards....

What is so wrong with tryin to learn from those who are good at something? Im sure you athletes have, at some point, imitated and studied someone great at your sport.. |

Oh and Darklordz.. I would have a problem with myself if i did take his ideas and run.. And if i would steal all of TA tracks, messageboard uploads and put em all on my site....
BUT I DONT..

members have uploaded tracks to my site and provided links to it on TA threads...
I think im more of an asset (or at least tryin to be) to this community than a copy cat who stole TA's layout..

well me and another guy did destinyspath, the other guy designed the whole thing, then he updated while i only uploaded mp3s, i uploaded a bitchload too, and then he got tired of updating, so he taught me how and then i did that for about 4 months i dont even remember, but we also got tired of our server dying, so then we were just tired of the server always dying and updating really did take a long time, so we were finished, that site was up for more than 2 years though, so yea

ps. i dont know if you are talking about destinyspath, but i think we came online before trance addict, im not sure though |

heh i liked Destinyspath, tons of tunes i hadnt heard. I think i talked to the webmaster i cant remember if it was liquid or someone else, and then he started hanging out in the TA chat with us :) Oh and that website owned by Clubber, i believe there is nothing wrong with it at all, he even thanks "TA forums" for most of the tracks available for download, so stop being so picky guys. And about Trance - Canada, how is his site conflicting with the interest of tranceaddict.com, you all talk as though you are all big members of these release groups, well wake up ppl ur not, you have no authority in telling him what to do. But the part about advertising ur site (TC) is pretty sad man. A good way to do it would be to share tracks and more often if you are going to be taken seriously, and give credit to everyone who ripped the track inside the actual thread. If he does that then you guys have nothing to bitch about, there are no problems right? If so please enlighten me.

| let me enlighten you...hehe...if you've downloaded any of the songs @ my web site you'd notice that the rippers are in the files names and id3s....and yeah its LiquidxxD who owned www.destinyspath.com :) hes cool |

Not at all, neither did I say it in a negative way.
To be honest, few mp3 sites could ever compete with your design.:p
Question number 2;
If I can remember it right, I found destinys path on the url
of an old site called trancemasters uk or something like that.
did you run that site as well? |

Cool d00de :) I know how it is when you want to make a site and you just cant come up with a good design.....All you can come up with are the designs youve already seen. But someday a new design will pop up for ya. Dont hesitate to change your site then :)
And please remove the flash-buttons ;):D:p
