Bas Rutten is a serious mixed martial artist. He may sound funny when he instructs but his tactics are very aggressive and don't tolerate a lot of . He is about as nasty of a street fighter as martial artists get.
He has numerous videos out and often travels the world giving seminars.

Bas rocks...I'm surprised Pride didn't renew his commentator contract in the not-too-distant past...what's up with that? He was hillarious and more knowledgable than just about anyone else they've had in there.
I have the original DVD at home. The youtube clip is a heavily edited clip FOR HUMOUR from the serious full length DVD called "Bas Rutten's Lethal Street Fighting DVD".
I highly recommend this DVD as one can learn more practical techniques from this DVD than a year learning a new martial art.

I got that too... awesome!
That kinda got me into training Krav Maga (the stuff Bas Rutten is trained in)... it's a lot more fun (and time efficient) than the classic martial arts that take years to master.
