[stoned mix] Clovis - Stonedacion LA 2 [h4x]

Some of you might remember, awhile ago I made a CD sized mix while stoned and ing with ableton live that turned out pretty good. This is the sequel, but using my new toy:
I've been very lazy to warp new tracks lately, for ableton use, but tonight I was feeling in the mood to put the x-session to the test, since I havn't really done a proper mix with it till today. This was completely unplanned, I picked my opening track, and then pressed play and started mixing. Track 9 is a up, I wanted to play a different track but I hit play on the wrong one. So then I worked with it. The tracklist is not full, because there are a few tracks which get mashed together and a few that play on for long periods of time, or come in and out. I suggest being stoned while listening, if you wanna get into my state of mind.
You might note that I'm feeling more summery in music lately, because spring is here. This is a good mix for driving around on a sunny day.

how the hell do you mix when your stoned?!?! its impossible for me lol, its like i hear a million drums and kicks and hi hats :stongue: :stongue:

Stoned + Mixing = Everything slows down, more time to think about the music, atleast when I'm using ableton. |

tell me about it. i tried it for the first time yesterday. i wasnt too stoned but songs were going sooo slow. i cue, beatmatch, and look at the other CD amd see there are so many minutes left. surf the net til the time comes. plus youre so chill that you dont even panic when trainwrecking and fix it right away. |

Hahah thats why I played it again.
Yeah if you're in any non-sober state (or even sober) this mix should play with your brain a little. |
