Transmission comes to Melbourne
Reported on Friday, Apr 28, 2006. 14:10 by Drexciyan
Sydney’s premiere trance event Transmission finally brings the big show down to Melbourne for the very first time. The Transmission magic show joins forces with the local forces of darkness ‘team Pharmacy’ on Friday 26th May at the Metro.
Transmission in Melbourne, named Transmission [Magic City] will feature Randy Katana from Holland, Mark Sherry of Public Domain fame, Dark by Design LIVE and another dutchman DJ Zany.
RANDY KATANA [HOLLAND]
Randy Katana has become one of the fastest growing artists in the Netherlands, the most booked international DJ in Spain, and played countries like Poland, Malta, Crete, Sweden and France. Randy’s tech trance grooves and tribal beats have set the pace for the global trance market with anthems such as “In Silence”, “Play It Loud” and “Pleasure Island” destroying all that hear Randy’s brand of audio magic.
MARK SHERRY [PUBLIC DOMAIN, UK]
Mark Sherry is a man on fire! 2006 has been a stellar year for the hard working Scotsman that rose to fame as part of the legendary Public Domain outfit. Mark’s productions have been filling the crates of every major DJ across the planet, however it has been Mark Sherry’s high-octane DJ performances that have truly forged his name as the king of sterling hard techtrance.
DJ ZANY [HOLLAND]
From the Netherlands, this hardstyle maniac has being DJing and producing for more than 10 years now- he is a regular hit machine with production after production being smash hits- starting from, MotherF*ck, Rock The Beats, Sky High and P.L.O.R.K just to name a few.
DARK BY DESIGN [UK] LIVE
Gaz West aka Dark By Design yet again celebrates his accolade of best remixer at the much hyped HARD DANCE AWARDS 2006 thanks to his tortured genius mixes of The Second Trip, Universal Nation and No Good (Start The Dance). Dark By Design aka Gaz West is not just a DJ but is now actually a fully live showcase of rage that has been delicately prepared exhibiting exclusive remixes, re-edits and brand new never to be released tracks
