why is my phone bill so high ?

its 75 zl, where as it's always 25 zl. I don't phone or text much, nor did i call any of you in the boomer's thread, so its really weird.
Don't ask me for pics of the bill, cause it hasn't arrived yet :p lol

Make sure you check the particulars of your bill. When I switched my phone plan I was supposed to get unlimited long distance...which would have meant my bill would have been about 50-100 dollars less. When I got my bill it was MORE than my previous bills.
If it wasn't for the itemized details of the bill, I would have never known why this was happening.
Turns out the stupid idiot at customer service put the wrong plan on my phone...so I got that fixed and now my bill is where it should be.
Lesson: never leave these things up to the people that call themselves professionals. |
