anyone ever use a yamaha sy-77???

| I went into a local music store and they had a yamaha sy-77 for $400. I was messing with it and I noticed it had some nice lead a pad sounds, but the drum sounds sucked. It seems slightly dated, but it felt nice in my opinion. I hear a lot about its floppy drive breaking. I want to use it for a lot of its sounds since it has effects and I can create new sounds also, but I also want to use it as a midi controller. The thing is for this price I can get a psr-550 or a psr-350 for $100 less all brand new.. Anyone with any experience with this keyboard...Please give me some feedback... |
