Probably a zit or some other minor sore/infection.
I wouldn't worry, keep the thing clean, and if it gets bigger/more painful, I'd go see a doctor.
But whatever, I'm not a doctor, that just seems like how I'd approach the situation. |

I'm way past puberty, but it could be a nodule. Then again, why would it surface now? I don't think I've had such hormonal activity recently. |
