Ok I just got 2 job offers that pay exactly the same salary.
The first one is with a really large firm (in 180 countries) and offers me a position which is pretty much in my field of study but will probably be kind of repetitive things at first. Also since its a big name it probably shows well on a resume. I would get to work in a really nice head office with alot of coworkers.
The second one is to work with a consultant where I would have to meet with different companies, analyse their financial status and then meet bank and governement officials to get them financing. Obviously the name of this firm is not widely known and the work is a bit less in my field altough still close. Also my work would be more diversified and I would have alot more responsabilities since I would be in charge of all the financing projects. But I would not have an office and no real experience working in a company since there would be no real coworkers.
what should I choose!!!!!!!! HELP! |

| just a little add-on here, its for a 4 months contract in both cases. So its not a long term thing. |

| if its only 4 months. Im leaning towards the first one, might look good on a resume. But the other one would give you better experience it sounds. Tough call, but first one. :shurgs: |

yeah and I was gonna choose the first one since it was also paying around a 1000 more for the 4 months but then the 2nd one raised the salary to the same level. |

I was thinking, go the first and just be a number, or go the second and have some valuable input, then you said 4 months. A larger company would have more opportunity of being offered a permanent position at the end of 4 months.
Personally I'd still go #2. |
